Can you tell from these photos that I didn't go to bed until after 6am this morning? Whew, a bottle of whiskey and a seemingly endless supply of Ryan Adams albums can certainly steal the night away from a girl!
(I apologize in advance for my hair. I attempted to use a Bump-It. Don't ask me what possessed me to purchase a Bump-It. I'm kind of ashamed, actually. Especially because it looks so... strange. Like I have a cone head or some such thing. I think I'll take my dry shampoo and teasing brush and fully teased bump from now on, thankyouverymuch.)

Floral skirt (worn as a dress): vintage, thrifted // cardigan: borrowed from my roommate // tights: Target // belt: thrifted // heels: Target (2007) // headband: DIY with vintage lace // owl necklace: Urban Outfitters // watch: thrifted // ring: vintage, gift from my mother
I picked up this skirt this past week at the thrift store for a measly $4. Whatever did I do before I realized the beauty of wearing long skirts as dresses? It is a particularly good idea for someone such as myself, i.e. someone terrible at sewing and alterations. All I do is pull the skirt up, safety pin it around my chest for fit if necessary, belt it, and throw on a cardigan. Perfection.

I also snatched up this sweet vintage Polaroid from the same thrift store. As a matter of fact, I bought two other vintage Polaroids from that store on the same day. I have quite the Polaroid camera collection (um, like 14...) I think I have an addiction and that's just fine in my book.

(Being silly and awkward. So, you know, business as usual...)
